For us, customer service is an important priority! All NEXOC notebooks are produced according to individual customer requests in built-to-order proceeding.

We can guarantee a high level of shipping availability because our weekly new pricelist offers only products which are in fact available in our storage.

Eight million components pass our quality control every year and leave our logistic centre only through renowned dispatchers and shipping service providers. You can get all deliveries in Germany and Europe within the next day and deliveries to other regions within a maximum of 48 hours.

Retail support is undertaken by qualified and competent employees. All resellers have their personal contacts.
We offer a performance guarantee for all our equipments and components of 24 months with an optional extension to 36 months and pick-up service. During the first six months of guarantee after a handling time of only 72 hours* our customers get back their devices repaired or an equal exchange unit is provided.

An extension of the 72-hour service to 12 months is possible for an extra charge.
