All NEXOC products are equipped with high-class skeleton and components by leading trademark manufacturers, ordered immediately over a worldwide network of providers.

For us, customer service is our top priority! We produce special products according to customer preference. This “built-to-order” principle allows you the choice of individual equipment characteristics, such as processors, main memories and hard disks. The customer liaison and support by the speciality retailer is carried out by qualified and competent employees. Every reseller gets a personal contact. Requests from end customers are managed through our area-wide network of speciality retailers who work as our partners.

As we only offer products which are in fact stocked we can guarantee a high level of supply availability. Production takes place in Dachau near Munich. Permanent quality controls and copious test runs carried out according to the latest standards during the production process and before delivery, ensure that goods are delivered only in perfect condition. Our products leave our modern production centre only through renowned dispatchers and carriers.

We offer a performance guarantee for all our equipments and components of 24 months with an optional extension to 36 months and pick-up service. During the first six months of guarantee after a handling time of only 72 hours* our customers get back their devices repaired or an equal exchange unit is provided.
